Goodson's injury sounded like one that he could miss time with.

Yea, sounds like he could miss some serious time, sucks. Seemed like he was looking pretty good so far in camp and would've been a nice option out of the backfield on passing downs and so forth.

Did you guys see that Duke Robinson STILL isn't in good enough shape to practice? Don't be surprised if he doesn't just not make the team, but if he's in the first round of cuts at this point.

Gantt said that Goodson was limping earlier. I'm no medical professional, but I would think if he tore his achilles, he wouldn't have even been able to limp. Good news maybe?

A lot of options in the return game for the Panthers top choose from. Lots of speed there in Guy, Williamson, Sutton and Edwards.

Edwards just dropped a kickoff prompting Fox to scream, "C'mon Armanti!"

Panthers RB Mike Goodson, who has looked very good so far in camp, was carted off the field this afternoon with a lower leg injury.

As he left the field Goodson said to trainers, “I think it’s my Achilles.”

We don’t know that for sure, however.

We’ll have more news after we hear from coach John Fox following the completion of practice.

I sure am glad to hear something good about Corvey Irvin. You could see that he had some athletic ability, for a big man, when he was still in college. He just needed to get stronger and more technically sound. Hopefully, he will keep improving.

Fox said Goodson has an injured ankle, not an Achilles. Said the ankle is NOT broken. Good news there.
