Yet another crazy golf markdown on Amazon

Looks like this has been a problem for a while... and it does specifically say on there about that discount...

Yea it dose say its discounted right at the bottom

You save:$537.49 (90%)

You would think they would have got that fixed by now. Its been more then a month. They really need to just take that down. I can understand why people are mad.

I can understand why people are disappointed, but not why they'd be mad. It's pretty obviously an error.

I can also understand why it's taking so long. Feeds can be a devil to fix honestly, and it's also very possible the problem is on Amazon's end.

Looking at their ratings, they look to be a pretty good retailer overall. If they can't fix this feed though, their Amazon rating will sink.

If it is on Amazons side then why dont they have them put up a message or something. Leading people on is not a good thing... Im sure both Amazon and TGW want to get it resolved but letting there consumer know should be the first step.

Amazon must let the dealer renege on there prices so whats the point. They are just gonna not sale to you.

Kinda funny how I dont play golf but this is funny to say the least. Gotta love to see how dealers call foul when they make a mistake but if you order the wrong item they charge you some kinda fee to restock it. Gotta love the double standard.

It's a rare time when a dealer charges a restock, and when they do there's good reason.

Guys like Best Buy charge restocks on things like video cameras to discourage the very normal practice of buying a video camera for a special event, using it, then returning it after, basically getting a free camera rental and the store is out quite a bit of money as they cannot resell it as new. Most internet companies charge restocks to recoup the shipping costs, which is a real cost.

In both these cases the retailer is out very real money. In the case of these golf clubs you aren't out a cent. There isn't a double standard in the least.
