Geezer with Attitudes (GWA)

Well your parents were probably getting their diapers changed when I was entering art school in NYC, Parsons School of Design. I was a NJ fella, an Eagles fan, and loving the Jets due to my meeting Joe Namath and having a college friend recruited by them...Dick Kotite..who would happen to become an Eagles coach.

I married a NC gal, and after doing my stint in the Marines at Cherry point, I stayed. Live in New Bern, am an artist and have art work in the BOA! I went to the two games to analize NFL viability in NC at Chapel Hill and Raleigh. Have met the Big Kat, and was his guest for a tour...he took me around the stadium personally.

I love the team, the State and love the fans. I'll be doing a series of paintings for my annual contribution, to the Sam Mills Keep Pounding Foundation, while at summer camp

If you see me painting, please say hi!

Thank you all, I have been proud to be a fan since the beginnings and I also am proud to have been chosen to have my artwork put in "Suite 87" of BOA by the organization in honor of Mr. Richardson. I look forward to earning an avatar staus and getting to know you. BTW pstall, I simply mean that I have my opinions about being a Panther fan, I cannot stand bandwagoners and I find at 64, a Marine Viet Nam Vet, and life has earned me some entitlements. Just know, many people here and elsewhere know I am not a wiseasst argue-er! I just love Panther football, go to almost every home game and some in Jersey and Philly wherest my family lives.

I knew you'd see the light!

Welcome, my friend! And just how many games would you like me to arrange tickets for this season? Let me know- I seem to have several friends from the tailgate lot who are experiencing the financial dog days and are trying to move tix- mostly at face. We'll talk soon...

Going to camp next week?

Between the 4 tickets a friend has me trying to sell for him, another PSL owner who I know has 2 and yet another from our tailgate crew who has several for a few of the games... yeah, I think I can swing something for ya.

I'm telling ya, if it weren't for PSLs, this team could have been faced with blackouts this season. We may see some empty seats around BOA.

    • Yeah not taking that Burns trade was infinitely stupid. We seem to be finally righting the ship but, imo, our biggest issue since Tepper bought the team has been coaches and management having a poor understanding of where our own roster is at. Starting with that idiot Rhule drinking his own kool-aid and thinking he was going to come and take the NFL by storm with Teddy freaking Bridgewater. Could have just kept Cam on the last year of his contract and gone from there but noooo that fat slob had to feel like he was the big man on campus. First round wizard Marty Hurney who, for whatever his faults, has a freaking HOF track record with first round picks, wants to trade up for Hebert but fat fug Rhule says no. Then we kept Rhule for 3 years which is absolutely unbelievable to me and every single year he treated our roster like it was just one player away trading our draft picks for Sam Darnold and Baker Mayfield who have proven since leaving that Matt Rhule was an even bigger idiot of a coach than we thought. We finally seem to understand we are a ways off and trade CMC, but then we don’t take the actual good trade for Brian Burns who was never better than a run of the mill situational pass rusher. Then we botch the self scout of our OL (and team) after Wilks, even though they were bad before Wilks simplified the scheme, thinking they can execute whatever the hell Reich and Brown were trying to do. So we win a couple meaningless games playing dummy ball and Fitterer thinks we’re a player away again. And nobody even considers that having the slowest receiving corps imaginable with Damiere freaking Byrd, who can’t even make it to the season before being injured and cut, as your only hope for speed, coupled with the worst pass blocking OL I’ve ever seen, might lead to titanic levels of disaster. The way Canales and Morgan have been adamant about constantly bringing competition at every position has been refreshing and made a huge difference. I was kind of worried that we had fallen into our old ways leading up to the draft with all the talk of defense only and worried that they might feel the offense was set. Very glad to see they were not complacent on that. My big thing now is I’m still wondering why Evero is still here. I can’t think of a single player who has gotten better under him, and the Broncos defense got better once he left. We’ll see.
    • really good interview that gives some insight into their decision making process in making up the schedules and the issues they run into with so many people broadcasting games now. also some interesting discussion on what they have going on and where they might be heading in the international games. vikings have 2 of them, btw. we might be seeing more of that.
    • wow i absolutely LOVED watching that.   will watch again...and again...and again.
