Jakes not going anywhere.

What a birthday haha. He had the worst game of his career. Even after a loss like that he won't be going anywhere. He'll be our starting QB next year again lol. I can only hope that last night makes him realize that playing well all regular season means nothing if you are going to be a fug up in the playoffs.

Will he bounce back next year as a better player? Is Jake the kind of person that will let this be the end of his career?

If he is going no where, we are screwed again next year.

I'm not sure if I agree with that. He had a horrible game. Jake seems like the person that won't let it happen again. I know that's lame to say because it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

He played well all regular season and bit the dust where it mattered most. I could only imagine he wouldn't let it happen again. I'm not going to put faith in him though. We'll just have to sit back and see.

Points to Lions game earlier this year.

Honestly do you really want to see IF he can bounce back. I don't. I don't want to sacrifice another playoff run to see IF our guy can do it. Screw that.

So if he comes back as a QB that's fine. But I want a capable back-up QB, and a coach with some balls who will allow the back-up to take over when Jake sucks. And maybe take his job. Jake had his chance to steal the starting position. Why won't Fox allow others to do the same?

If you run your team on feelings and loyalties, this will continue to happen.
