That is who I was looking at as well...a guy that has learned from the best and can challenge some of Fox's ideals. If he can bring a Jim Johnson type mindset then bring it on I would love him.

Exactly, I was dreading in the back of my mind going into the season, that we do just enough and then fizzle when it mattered so that the Fox/Turd/Jake trio would keep their jobs secure, we miss out on Cowher, then our great players prime years get wasted and we eventually have to totally rebuild.

Dave McGinnis: LB coach for the Titans, former Cardinals head coach, and an old acquaintance of Fox from their days facing each other in the pre-realignment NFC East.

There are other good possibilities, but he's the first one that comes to mind for me.

Interesting choice. Someone mail that to Fox or Hurney or whoever so we can get rid of Trgo. I wouldn't want a college coaches here. Not many college coaches can be that great in professional sports, so pass on that. Just get someone who know how to run a mean defense & be hard on the players if they are not playing good.
