Nisbet says Helton had been drinking at a bar to celebrate his birthday, got into a fight and went outside. Helton told someone he was going to slap a train that was passing by and was sucked into it.

The guy must have been watching Mythbusters. They did a whole segment on one episode about the suction of a vortex caused by a passing train. They said it was busted.

Maybe they should revisit this.
