Need good ideas!

So, I really need to quit my habit. Not drinking, beer is too good. But I do need to quit dipping/chewing. I've done it for about 4 years and its taking too big a hit on my cash (I'm in college so money isn't really something I have a lot of) and I just don't want to continue running the risk of cancer. I just had a physical and a dental appointment, still in great health. BP is great and cholesterol is outstanding. No signs of oral cancer. But why run the risk to ease me when I get tense?

So, the point being, what are some things I can do to help ease out of this? I've went from maybe a can a day to about 2 or 3 pinches a day, max (my days aren't short. I get up at 8 every day and I don't go to sleep till around midnight, 1am range). So, I'm easing off. But the headaches are getting worse and I'm trying to make this can my last. Want to get down to 1 or 2 a day starting tomorrow.

Should I start chewing gum to replace? Heard that works. Also heard that you end up spending just as much money. Start working out more to get my mind off it? Spend more of my day on the boards? I'm open to any reasonable ideas. Thanks in advance to all!

Most non-tobacco stuff just pisses me off.

Got a bucket of gum and 2 giant bags of sunflower seeds. 5 bucks. Decent value for all that. Pays to know people.

Yeah, I tried the whole sex as a replacement thing. Apparently its against the law to club a chick on the back of her head and drag her to my cave.
