Rep Adjustment

The mods and the admins have decided to make an adjustment to the rep system on the huddle. Rep will now have everything to do with post count and nothing to do with picsu post, witty comments, and overepping by some people. Once the reset takes place everyone's reputation will factor in your post count and assign the proper amount of rep to each of you.

But continue to assign Pie for quality posts.
