Got the results back from my physical...and im all good

family is full of diabetes, high cholesterol and blood pressure, but im all good. now had i taken this physical a year ago, i wouldn't be so sure how it would have turned out. 15 lbs lighter and in the best shape ive ever been in since middle school. excuse me while i snack on these carrots...

Congrats... Some of my family have diabities but I can consume a lot of sugar and I've never had something like that.
