I'm watching it with two of my frat buddies, my fiance and one her friends.

It is fuging cold in Ohio (19 degrees), so I've got a Panthers hoodie, Panthers hat, my oversized Panthers slippers, Panthers gloves and Panthers fleece blanket.

I also have my Garcia voodoo doll.

And to help with the warmth I've got a case of Bud Light. And a shot of Everclear. *gag* During the Chargers game, I was down about the team losing and it was the last play. My buddy said "You should do a shot of Everclear if they actually score." I was like "pfff, okay...."

Oops.

Now it is superstition. :-/

I'll be eating a broccoli/chicken/cheese/croissant casserole (sorry, don't know the name). Not the manliest of football foods, but it's so damn good (I would have cooked chili had I not had to work).

Unfortunately I've no good beer in the house. Just a 12-pack of Bud Light my brother brought over a few days ago. But, as one of the Huddle's most infamous members will attest, "It'll get ya' drunk!"

And I'll be watching the game on a Mitsubishi 60" DLP television that will be free if the Panthers win the Super Bowl. :)

I think that's the same tv we have.

I think that's the same tv we have.

We bought it right before the preseason started as our old TV had pretty much crapped out, and we've been pretty happy with it. Most people knock DLPs because they lack the clarity and shaprness of LCD and Plasma TVs, but I think it has a really nice picture.

And of course the size is great (that's what she said).

We're happy with ours. Picture looks pretty sharp to me.

It took a while getting used to how big it is, but now I love it. :)
