Daemon and it's sequel, Freedom by Daniel Suarez. Excellent, sort of cyberpunk-ish with a dash of socio-economic commentary thrown in. Very entertaining bit of 'what if this happened' fiction.

I just listened to "I, Alex Cross" on CD. Scary book but good. Same guy who wrote Kiss the Girls.

Still reading the Mistborn series and Sherlock Holmes. Neither has really taken me in yet so they are both going slow. Hubby is reading "Evidence that Demands a Verdict" we have renamed the book "Assertions that demands a verdict". That book is wack. Seems like a waste of time but he will read all 750 pages.

Just finished The Hunger Games..

I really liked this book. It is definitely written for teens but still good. Stephen King gave it a lot of praise. That is saying a lot considering the bashing he usually gives teen writers. The second book Catching Fire is just as good. Looking forward to grabbing the 3rd one that just came out, Mockingjay.

Just finished The Story of Edgar Sawtelle, Foreign Influence, and 1984 for the second time.

I am currently reading "The Looming Tower: Al Qaeda and the Road to 9/11." It is a very interesting book so far. I just can't find much time to read it with a 13 month old.
