Until we have a QB that can look around for other recievers. We might as well only have 2. Over the last few years, how many rookie WRs have become names we all know now? Because they have a QBs that knows how to to spread the ball around. We have been blaming Colbert and Carter (Key). And now DJ. But maybe it's Jake who makes good recievers look like poo or turn them into the invisible man.

I took some good out of the game last night surprisingly.

Yes I'm the biggest DJ fan and I was rockin my black 80 jersey last night with a sign that said he's clutch, but I think he had a game that was a glimpse at the future.

Yes he only had two catches for 27 yard av 13.5 yds a catch and had a nice 20 yarder over the middle, but I think in up and coming years, if given the chance, he could be a very nice compliment to Smith on the other side.

He also knows how to block. I was just wondering what you guys think the future of this kid is?

Biggest DJ fan i doubt it, the one game i got to go to in charlotte I rocked my white #80 lol. For some reason he is my favorite panther besides smitty. I can see him being a bigger version of moose in the future, great blocker and will improve on route running.

As long as Fox is the coach or Jake is the QB, DJ is the 3rd or 4th option at best.

I think Matt Moore would be good for him.

The team likes him, he just has a hard time getting the ball when DeAngelo, Stewart and Smith are so good and then the whole Jake doesn't look at anyone other than Smith or Moose.

top top row dude farthest up. section 518 row 34 seat 11 lol, we had a dude that flipped over like 3 times because he was to drunk and were surrounded by lions fans.

Yea, I don't know why Jake wouldn't look his way more Saturday night. The passes he caught, he was fairly open on. No way they can double team both WR's and not have someone open in the slot/middle.
