John Clayton was on Mike and Mike this morning, and they were talking about TO. They asked if he would be signed soon, and Clayton something along the lines of, "Yes, not in Carolina by the way." I'd say that sounds like he has spoken with someone in the front office and has definitively heard that we will not be looking into signing TO.
