It's hard to choose one song, but I think I'd agree with one Saltman posted: Wu-Tang's Triumph. I freakin' love Inspectah Deck's verses on that one.

And GZA's Liquid Swords is up there, too.

Oh, and I've always thought Jay-Z and Eminem's Renegade is one of the most complete songs out there: good beat, awesome lyrics and even better delivery. Eminem was practically flawless on that one.
