Makes me sick... why shouldn't he be tortured just like he did to her? Her mother is culpable in this as well. Why would she leave her daughter with this guy? He had a sexual assault conviction, admitted he was bipolar... ugh, people are so fuged up.

Now they're talking about charging the mother. They should. She left the girl in his care on July 6. That poor little girl was probably tortured the entire time.

And it's not like her gma was hundreds of miles away. She lives across the line in Wake county. I say charge the mom.
