We can’t afford to trade assets and then shell out big money contracts. We have a lot of needs and the draft is the best way to address them with the cap space we have. We’re not a couple players away from contending.

He's the NFL leader in sacks, I just dont see how the Panthers could fit him in with his new deal that is mid-level starting QB money.

Nah i think we've already got out Vet edges. Maybe kick the tyres on Chase Young same as last offseaon. In FA I see us spending money on a NT, Safety, WR and ILB and the draft in the top 3 round Edge and interior DLine
