So who made beason apologize to TO and Why?

It was on NFL Live last night. Rosenhaus (I don't care if that's correct) said that there are 3-5 teams that are pursuing TO, "but I can't say who". Bull caca.

And Beason apologized because Beason is a nice guy. Except for a few hours a week in the fall.

i can see this whole T.O. business going down like the whole Clausen business... should he actually come here. which, i'm not ruling out at this point. but, if he is brought in here, the fans will clearly be divided, but most fans will come around should he produce on the field.

bottom line is that J.R. has been going young this entire offseason, so it makes absolutely no sense to bring T.O. in from that perspective. however, if the younger receivers prove to not be the next Moose two weeks into training camp, it wouldn't be the worst move our FO could make. honestly, think about it for a minute... while he was in Dallas (a high profile team) there wasn't a better receiver on the field, so he wanted the ball. makes perfect sense in my opinion. but then he goes to Buffalo, and Lee Evans is there. T.O. can't be a cancer to a locker room if he's not the only top notch receiver on the team... why? because the team can cut their ties with him at any point because they'll still have the younger guys and their number 1. and there's always room in a contract to make adjustments for situations like that.

if we got T.O. (which i'm not against at all either) he would automatically upgrade our receivers. he would provide another veteran for the young guys to learn from. he'd provide better coverage for Smith. and... he's a low-ball free agent now. meaning, he's a bottom of the barrel free agent, just like a lot of the free agent wide receivers that J.R. likes to bring in. i personally don't think he'd hurt our locker room, because of the kind of guys we have on our team. Dallas and Philly were full of big name players that had huge attitudes, so T.O. simply matched their personalities, but once he was in Buffalo... it's all about where he's at and what kind of players are surrounding him.

Yes, I just defended Terrell Owens.

Prob Drew Rosenheaushelsheusneousenson. How can I remember how to spell names like Bernadeau and Kemoeatu but not Drew R.:(

Anyways it's most likely him, he just made Drew R's job a whole lot harder. He probably put a gun to a puppy's head to convince him.

it's spelled Rosenbitch.

I don't think anyone "made" Beason apologize... he probably read his comments and realized they came across a little harsh.

Above all else, I would be against signing T.O. simply because he's a stop gap and it's one more year we don't get to find out what we have in Jarrett, LaFell, Edwards, etc.

well in the nfl theses days regardless if a Wr with TO talents wants to play it will all come down to age....which in my opinion is a pathetic way to look at things(unless age really is a factor). Not saying our FO is doing this but some other teams in the nfl are which is kinda dumb, at this rate players will only play till there 30 to 32.

the man maybe a HOF he may not but he won't have a chance to add to his resume because of silly labels.

There are many reasons T.O. is having trouble finding work right now. I don't think his age is one of them.

ahh yes, dwayne jarrett. perhaps he can add another touchdown vs. a 3rd string defense to add his to his already illustrious career. we wouldn't want T.O getting in the way of that.
