What is country ham

Been to different parts of the country and it seems to be different everywhere.

Country Ham is ham that has been salted and cured in that salt for quite some time... not sure, how long, but that's how we do it in the South

And, btw, country ham, when cooked correctly (eat at Greg's!), is the most amazing bite of glory you'll ever experience.

I preferred sugar cured. Only in the South is it salt cured.

Only if they cook it right though. Gotta have some juiciness to it. Also I did not know you could ask for extra ham....... This is def the best info I have read all day. Even tops the UFOs and Capped Oil.
