GG redmage. It took me a few minutes to get used to playing online. There seems to be about a 1/4 second lag and it screwed me up at first. That was only my second game online so I guess I'll get used to that. That one play where you threw the ball to the left flat and got a TD, I had tried to put my RDE in a flat zone but ended up putting him into man to man on the other side of the field, LOL.

Ya gg, I just couldn't stop that stupid toss play out of goaline even when I knew it was coming. Decided to try the pistol out but Wilson sucked it up so I'm thinking of just making Glennon the starter and running pro or multiple.

I'm not gonna be able to play my game till tomorrow night sometime. My fiance has a whole shitload of stuff planned for my birthday today. If we could hold off on advancing till late tomorrow night that would be awesome. If not that's totally understandable....

So that's why Glennon was playing. I felt the same about that one play you kept hitting over the middle. That's why I switched from playing the DE to safety. I couldn't seem to get any good blocking with the regular run plays so that's why I decided to go with the goal line set. I'm going to have to use that one more often. You can go left/right/or up the middle and get pretty good yardage depending on what kind of defense it is. It looked like you were running 4-6 bear, and I knew that if I could get the first blocks set up, I could hit something big.

Haha yeah I just kept calling 4 verticals over and over towards the end of the game looking for the big hitter but I was trying everything to stop that play. Goalline flat side or whatever its called didn't work, nothing out of the 46 worked, the only way I ever stopped it was guessing which way you were running and blitzing the olb and mlb to that side. It doesn't help that my front 4 is pretty terrible though.

But yeah I put Glennon in because Wilson threw that one pick on the screen which was my fault but then I had a wide open guy streaking and he just lead him way to far and threw right into your corner's hands. I mean, both guys have the same passer stats basically, I just get happy feet with Wilson because he can scramble.

That's fine, I don't mind holding advances as long as you tell me whats up. If you don't post or PM me or send me a msg on xbl and I don't know you need extra time I just advance on through to keep it on schedule.

Well, I'm leaving for the beach for a week. (I'm Virginia). I'll keep recruiting by the online thing, but my games will have to be simmed or whatever. Sorry :(

Also thinking about getting my brother in on this when we get back.

      His o loaded with swift, dj, Keenan and Rome was inconsistent at best. The d was bad. And the game management was atrocious and lost them games.  He was terrible and made the team worse. I wish they kept him

      That is my point.  I think teams make a huge mistake when they pay their decent to average QBs top QB money because they feel that they have to match the market or lose their investment--There is no way, for example, that Tua or Prescott or Murray should all be making more than Mahomes--I mean, Dak makes $15m per season more than Mahomes. People say, "Well, when its his turn...." But that is not how it should be--so my point was that Bryce can be doing mediocre to good enough in 2 years, but the way it is going, you have to pay him at the starting QB rate--currently $60m.  So even if you think he will continue to improve, at $60 m, he would eliminate any chance for a ring---so my view is, if he is not elite, you cut him.  So you draft QBs now and see what you can make of them.

      With two 4ths and three 5ths I’m hoping we can kill it on adding depth. Take a gamble with the two 7ths.  First 3 picks id love to address the defense. I expect Tuttle, Robinson, and Jewell to all be on the 2025 roster but not after that. Be a good time to add depth and let them develop a year.
