Or maybe I see and experience things different from you. Things you wouldnt understand or have no parts of. Instead of so easily dismissing that, because it makes you insecure about your own feelings, how bout respecting and appreciating that you can hear a different take.

You made it political in the other thread dissing me and EC123 and yapping about "race cards". If you dont want people to mistake you for some wannabe Glenn Beck angry at the world type, dont act like it. Just like if people dont want to be called a "thug" they shouldnt do thuggish things.

Nah, I dont remember that at all. I remember me supporting our founder and defending him, while you sided with those who didnt and tried to call me out for supporting him. I remember you throwing lil disses and saying slick poo about me ever since then.

LOL, slick poo and lil disses, LOL

If this board had a better history, I would show you exactly what I am talking about but thats ok, you know what I am talking about and I want want to forget it too if I was you.

Btw, I am far from angry at the world. I just got married a built a very nice house all in the past 3 months, so life if great for me.

I hope its great for you too KT.

I'm going to have to agree with Jesse Jackson on this one. When i first read the letter i laughed and didn't think much of it. Gilbert is trying to keep season ticket holders and he is acting like someone who has just had his heart broken. He should have waited a good week before responding. Then i heard Jesse side and it really does seem a little racist. Gilbert's intentions were probably not that but it is kind of like he is losing his prized slave. Cleveland fans can act however they want. They can hate Lebron and burn his jerseys. They are fans and they are upset. You don't have a clue what it's like to be a Cleveland fan. They have been through some poo and to have basically their last hope of a championship leave them the way he did they can burn what ever they want.

Cleveland fans have been through hell and thats why I feel for them, because I know what its like. I am a DIE HARD Buffalo Bills fan. I was born here in NC and have lived here my whole life but my family is mostly from Buffalo and I have loved the bills for 20+ years. Losing four straight super bowls, music city BS and missing the playoffs for 10 straight years is pretty tough and I feel for the Cavs fans, even though I never cheered for the Cavs.

I am also a huge fan of the Cats and Panthers but I dont love them like I do the Bills.

My thing is that JJ should have never brought up slavery and compared this to slavery. He could have said it would be like a business losing their best employee but only someone who see's everything through racism eyes and has made his living off claiming racism would make this comment.

I've got to disagree with the last part. A lot of black people viewed it the same way. Jesse was just the one who came out and said it because that's what he does. I know Jesse's history with this type of stuff isn't great but a lot of people agree with him on this one.
