Maybe that is what Char-Meck PD needs to do. I'm really getting tired of the DA's plea bargaining every case so their conviction record looks good.

Also, the Mecklenburg County courts revolving door on repeat offenders. Charlotte has criminals that are out of bail (especially DUI's) 2 & 3 times while they await their first trial. If you are out on bail and you commit another crime, your butt should sit in jail until your trial. But Defense attorneys are always asking for extensions and the DA's office is too happy to give it to them.
