We didn't stop them in the second half. They took their foot off the gas and played safe after halftime. They very likely could've hung another 10 on us if they'd truly wanted to.

How do you leave Fitzgerald open all day? If the defense could have stopped the Cardinals from scoring, Jake wouldn't have had to throw the ball on every down. And once again this defense played lathargic, which is an indictment of the coaching.

I think Mike Trgovac need to be gone. The defensive game plan was inexcusable.

Panthers also need to draft a QB in the upcoming draft.

Had this been a shootout, you know where we ran the ball all over them like we know we could have. I have no doubt in our mind we could have won and the defense stepped up when it needed to the most.

Either way, Delhomme & The defense both were bad but in the end Arizona just wanted it more, they had 50% more enthusiasm with every play, they probably would have beaten any team on the day.

Sometimes theres just nothing you can do, even if thats hard to accept.
