The only reason the chargers drafted rivers is because brees wasn't getting it done. He was a total bust his first three years in sd. He was even benched in favor of old ass doug flutie. It wasn't until rivers was drafted when the light came on for brees

Which is shy it's pretty ignorant to say that any draft pick is not worth it. The vast majority of QB's that get drafted, take at least three years to begin living up to their potential, yet you're saying that Clausen is not worth a 2nd round pick becuase he probably won't start right away.
