Probably either Jimi Hendrix or Eddie Van Halen.

They are considered two of the greatest guitarists. Can they be underrated?

Just like you can't put Clapton or Santana in this group.

I will say one thing about Hendrix that not everyone realizes. He played a right hand guitar left handed. When you think about it, the strings are all reversed. He had to learn chords upside down. That take buckets of talent.

Speaking of Buckets. I ran across this guy a few months back. He is amazing. SInce I don't listen to all that much "Pop" music, I'm sure y'all know more about him.
