I wasn't aware that you could "pledge" guilty to something either. But then, we're talking with a guy here who believes that it's perfectly okay to kill dogs as long as you own them and you do it on your property.

What did I just say.....He admitted to everything to get his sentence reduced. The snitches did the same and they got even more time taken off when they flipped on Vick. Vick to this day says he didn't personally kill any of his own dogs. Why are you so hell dent to prove it when the police couldn't even prove he personally killed his own dogs

The video surveillance shows Vick leaving just before the shooting contradicting Vick's camp accounts that he was out of the area 10-20 minutes before the shooting. Now there is only about a 2-3 minute gap where the shooting took place about a block away from the club. Plausible? I think so. I'm not saying Vick did it, but he's definately sounding more involved.

I hope and pray Mike Vick wasn't involved in it... I was hoping he had turned over a new leaf after the stay in jail. He talked about his kids and not being able to see them while he was locked up, and I thought that would be good enough to fix any problems he might've had.

That being said, I don't see how he can't be involved when Marcus is involved and he's been charged before for brandishing a firearm and such... Plus, why lie about the time you left if you have nothing to hide? Leaving 3 mins before the shooting and having your brother involved doesn't sound good for Mike.

I guess it's possible that Marcus figures he's got less to lose and decided to do it on his own to get him back for Mike, without Mike's influence... But, I don't know.

Regardless, I hope Quannis Phillips gets his (legally) in this, because to me, it was kind of provoking Vick for him to show up uninvited to Vick's party.

Say it was him and some goons that did it, and say Mike didnt know anything about it. Before 8 pages of derailment, I called it. I knew once more and more details came out on this shooting, the closer to Vick it would get. Dude's NFL career is gonna be f*cked, if not outright freedom.

I wouldn't be surprised if it went either way at this point. Him knowing or not knowing that is. Either way, the league will hand down some discipline and he may be done.

What part of pleading guilty to everything just to get his sentence reduced are you missing? As for verbally admiting he killed his dogs, If he admits to Federal crimes, Why not admit to state and local charges? Federal law carries more weight then state law. So admitting to have personally killed his own dogs would only be a few months to a year. But Vick only served 23 months, Thats kinda light for all the charges against him. So it seems he cut a deal. Of course the court papers say he admitted the EVERYTHING. Thats part of a plea deal, Say you did it ( even if u didnt) They knock a couple years off. Why is that hard to understand?
