Snoring Help

I know I have a tendency to snore....particularly loud. I think I should do something about it. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with snoring and if anything worked to control it. Nasal strips? Some kind of spray?

I've tried numerous things... nasal strips, sprays, occlusal gaurds, ear plugs for the other person, special pillows & even sinus surgery. I'm going in for a sleep study in a couple of weeks. We'll see how that goes. Snoring is such a nuisance & it makes me feel horrible.

Elevate the head of your bed or sleep on a foam ramp. Get above a 30 degree angle if you can.

That seems really steep. I don't think I could sleep like that.

Do like Kris Jenkins and get your adenoids taken out...

Get pets off the bed, allergies to their dander may be causing nasal blockage when you go to sleep. Same thing if you are allergic to dust mites.
