As a big believer in private charity, and as the grandson of someone with Parkinson's disease, I'd like to ask anyone interested to donate to this. It's a marathon from one end of NC to other (Murphy to Manteo) to raise awareness and money for Parkinson's research. Personally, I'll be giving $100, but a lot of people giving $1-$5 donations would be just as much help.

So....anyone looking to give me a birthday present, here ya go!

my old man has parkinson's pretty damn bad these days! Nice cause! I do generally give to the charities that affect me and my family the closest and give generously when I can! Good luck getting some $$$ for this....$100 to start is generous of you.!
