I found McSorley's Irish Black Lager at the Teeter a couple weeks back, and have been getting it each weekend since. It's a reasonable $6.99 a 6 pack, or maybe it was $7.99. Either way I didn't mind it. It's very dark, smooth and a beer that I enjoy very much.

Anybody heard any news on Foothills Sexual Chocolate release? When is this sweet nectar going to be in my local pub?

I'm not sure when it'll hit the bars, but I will let you know when I start hearing it.

I'll be waiting in the freezing cold from about 5 a.m. on tomorrow to get my four bottles. Should be a good time!

I like a good black lager, but I've never had that one. I just looked it up, and it turns out it's made by Pabst (not that that's a bad thing).

I like mcsorleys.

I love that when you order one at a bar, they bring you two. :) :hurray:

Last night at Macs I had the just-in Brooklyn Dark Chocolate Stout. Amazing.

Yeah, that's a great beer -- especially for the price ($7.99 a four-pack). I have some going back from '08.

I'm thinking i'm gonna head to world market for something different today. They do the build your own six pack option.

Let us know what you pick up. If you have a Lowe's Foods nearby, they also do the mixed six-packs.

So Huddle Beer Thread, hypothetically, if someone who may or may not post on this forum from time to time was thinking about starting a bar at some point in the near future, what local/craft beers would you like to see on tap?

Colt 45
