A typo on the NFL.com transactions page Friday mistakenly announced that the Panthers had cut DeAngelo Williams.

The waived player is supposed to be Bengals CB DeAngelo Willingham. As of 3:20PM ET Friday, NFL.com still hadn't fixed the typo. With the No. 1 waiver claim, the St. Louis Rams could've used the upgrade over Chris Ogbonnaya.
