im not a big fan of the phillies broadcast, tom mccarthy and chris wheeler. i miss harry kalas.

their radio team is so good though. enough to make me do something else while the games are on and just put the game on radio.

damn Damn DAMN!!! Can't I get a friggin break? Come on, man! I loved Dibble!

Rob Dibble Fired After Stephen Strasburg Comments

Can't insult the golden boy. But if you ask me, we could afford to lose Strasburg a lot more than Dibble. A win every 5th game isn't going to make the Nats a contender. Dibble made Nationals games watchable, and their viewership will suffer without him.

Now we have to listen to Ray Knight, whose contribution 90% of the time is, "That's exactly right, Bob."

Staats is excellent.

Uecker is very very good.

Hawk is....a homer and really needs to lay off the umps. Not every call against the Sox is wrong.

Scully is a living legend and a fun listen.

The Cubs team of Len and Bob have blended nicely, to the point where Len's somewhat high voice has become less grating to me. Bob really knows his stuff and is now comfortable enough as a broadcaster to be mildly entertaining even.

The cubs radio team of pat and Ron is almost unlistenable thanks to Ron Santo.

Cub homers love the guy. I think he is a doddering buffoon that needs to retire ASAP.

When Moreland or Dave Otto fill in for him, the braodcast is EXCELLENT because Pat Hughes is so damn good. Pat and ANYBODY would be damn good, Ron just sucks so hard it makes it a tough listen.
