I do like the Jordan Phillips pick, but doubt he makes it to pick 112.

So your issue with the mock draft is it’s unrealistic? I agree with you on that front, one of the least realistic ones I’ve seen personally. But, if that draft did happen it would be objectively a good draft, all of those guys are going much higher in consensus rankings.

I don’t think it’s the worst draft in the world but this run defense is going to be terrible without a serious infusion of talent. I know BPA is always the way to go but if they don’t draft for need and sign some guys in FA the run defense will be bad again.

Its a bad draft. Not addressing the trenches in the 1st or second round makes it bad just off that. Waiting till the 3rd round to address the worst part of the defense is irresponsible and it still not be a End pass rusher is even worse.

The only benefit of a completely inept defense is that you really can go BPA and expect it to improve. Starks is a good player. This defense needs as many as it can get, this draft is fine.

That draft only works if we sign a top DL and Edge rusher as our 2 biggest FA signings/trade. And a very good CB (either trade or FA). Top Defensive players are needed.
