His game against USC imo was better than Bowers' best... and to say that I was high on Bowers is an understatement. Warren is a better blocker that I believe (hope?) won't need the usual spin-up times that TEs need.

Final stat line from Warren vs. USC... 17 catches for 224yds, 1 rcv TD, 1 rushing attempt for 4yds, 1 COMPLETION for 9yds (lol). Averaged 13.2yds.

He had a fun game vs. Purdue as well. Those two games sold me on him in the top 10.

You draft Warren and he’s a guy that becomes a focal point of an offense.  That type of TE doesn’t come along often…him and Brockers coming out in back to back years is an aberration.

Will say, I don’t think Loveland is far behind either but the short of it is that Warren completely changes an offense. It’s pretty appealing.  Jeanty is the only other offensive skill player that could have that type of immediate impact IMO. McMillan, Loveland, Burden, Hampton, Egbuka just aren’t at THAT level of impact+value.

It’s a tough call when you’re void of pass rush talent, and there’s good options (Walker, Pearce, Green) but then have a guy like Warren potentially there for the taking.

still waiting on all those mock drafts that show him going in the 2nd

******hint - go to your history and search for these said mock drafts, I will wait

Love how the consensus on here is a player I've regularly seen fall into the 2nd round in mock drafts but everyone here is sold on him at #8.

I don't see any of the other "projected Top 10" guys falling into the 2nd in any mocks, sure maybe some fall into the mid teens or even early 20's, but that's the furthest I think I've seen any of them fall.

Damn. Wonder if they're credible? If that's the case then Jalon Walker moves to #1 for me.

He has been accused once in highschool and once in college. Not a good look. I wouldn't want him on my team.
