Big-ass cucumber sandwiches. nomnomnomnomnomnom

How do you make them? Just cukes? Or also mayo? or cream cheese?

Had some with cream cheese for the first time last week and it was delish.

cucumber, tomato, and red onion (all thinly sliced) + sunflower sprouts (most whole foods carry them) + cream cheese on cheapass white.

Had fresh tomato sammiches with dukes, salt, pepper, on cheap white with plain potato chips....

2 of them were perfect.
