I've defended Jake for as long as I could... His time is done. Davidson is an idiot, and his pussy ass playcalling once we get a lead has almost been our demise so many games this year, and tonight, it's finally bit us in the ass. We score on our first drive and then you come out and run 3 straight times against 8+ in the box???

Trgo. Enough said. I've also said a million times before, if this guy is such a great defensive mind, how come he hasn't been interviewed for any college or pro head coaching jobs? BECAUSE HE SUCKS.

Fox, no excuse. 2nd seed in the NFC and we drop a deuce in our first home playoff game in years... How do your players come out like that?

I'm disgusted.

This game was Jake's fault. Not Davidson's.

I do agree with fire Trgo though. He is a bastard and my girlfriend could call better defensive plays and come up with better defensive game plans. I can hear it now... She would say "Oh I see that #11 has a lot of yards this year. Put two guys on him all game."

Blame goes to, in this order:

#1 - Davidson - Why the hell are you calling a QB Bootleg when the pocket hasn't been collapsing? Why so many pass plays?? Especially on 1st down... ESPECIALLY on 1st and 5!!!

#2 - Jake Delhomme - Bad day to turn 34. Also a bad day to have your worst ever day in your career.

#3 - Trgo - For our defensive ineptitude. We looked like fish out of the water in the 1st half. We didn't know WHAT was going on or WHAT TO DO!!??!

#4 - John Fox - Whenever you would like to manage a game, please let somebody know.... When your QB has committed 4 turnovers in a playoff game, it is time to put in the backup. No questions asked.. Perhaps Fox should've pulled an Andy Reid and benched Jake for a game... Sometimes in order to take a step forward you have to take a step back.. Sick of his BS post game talk also.

Tonight wasn't the night PERIOD. The Fire Fox(I used to think that), Find a QB (Jake's our QB(he had a bad game) ) . face it Panther's fans The Cards wanted it more than we did. We were too comfortable, too relaxed, Arizona was HUNGRY. It's not Fox's fault, Trgo's fault. They wanted it more. It happens in the NFL. FYI Peppers is not worth the $ he is asking, We have 2 of the best backs in the NFL, Let's look forward to camp!

GO PANTHERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a combo of coaching and Jake. Defense is garbage, and Turd just isn't getting it done. Jake had a bad night, so why did we keep coming out passing over and over? DWill was doing just fine, the first drive was great, why do you think we have Joe Montana in the game all of a sudden? The defense also can't do much when they are on the field 80% of the game too. Lucas sucked again, but the whole D pretty much did minus that first stop.

Thats what I was the MOST angry about.

Playcalling put us in that hole. Anyone could tell after that first pick that Jake just wasn't right. Add to that the ease of our first drive running the football. Just stupid, stupid playcalling.

      I'd say its definitely going to be addressed this off-season.  We went into the last draft with a roster of RBs including:  Chubba, Blackshear, and Miles Sanders. We picked Jonathan Brooks in the second and still signed Rashaad Penny afterwards.  Fast forward....One turned into a top 10 back, 1 is injured/out for most if not all the '25 season, 1 retired, 1 will either take a huge paycut or be cut, and the last is a restricted free agent. We brought in Mike Boone as well. Add him to the free agent list also.  We need a physical option.    Which qualifies:  Ashton Jeanty(Boise St): Overall ranked Top 10. Almost 2k yards after contact, 28 tds. Would take our first rounder. My money would be on an NFC East team selecting him. (97.2 PFF run grade) - 121 forced missed tackles.  Omarion Hampton(UNC): Ranked everywhere from 20 - 59 overall. Consensus #2 back after Jeanty. He'll be a second rounder. 1,222 Yards after contact w/ 15 tds.  (90.5 PFF run grade) - 72 forced missed Tackles Kaleb Johnson(Iowa): Ranked from 38 - 69 depending on which media outlet you prefer but generally #3. 2nd/3rd possibly. 1,060 Yards after contact w/ 21 tds.(86.7 PFF run grade)- 66 forced missed tackles Cam Skattebo: Ranked from the 50's - 104. Every mock I do he ends up BPA at some point. 969 Yards after contact w/ 17 tds(92 PFF Run Grade). Probably the best receiving back of the group. 81 forced missed tackles.  If the '24 and '25 draft classes were combined, IMO the rankings would be, in order: Jeanty, Hampton, Brooks, Johnson, Skattebo. I wouldn't take one high but I'd take one for Chubba and Brooks insurance.
