Scoring an international goal is a huge deal.....especially when it's your first. You celebrate and go nuts with the entire team' date=' and then remember oh poo I forgot to thank this guy for setting me up lol....or he may not even like the guy [/quote']

Lol. Yea I see what you mean. Both the last goals scored were just utterly amazing series of events before the eventual scorer got an easy-in. You'd think if it was your first goal you'd give a huge thanks to the guy who set you up.

Caught up in the moment of his first goal for his country I would assume....these guys are pros though, they take as much pride in setting someone up as they do in finishing....well I don't know about Ronaldo he never really attempted to set anyone up during games but thats another story....

I suppose I would get the same way in a situation like that. My favorite part is usually the set ups that lead to goals. The Germans definitely work well together, but Argentina has seemed kind of unprepared this match.

Yea during the WC I have a lot of fun watching teams like Brazil, Germany and Spain. The players really look to set up their teammates unlike other teams. I was really disappointed with Ronaldos selfishness for Portugal.....

That second goal Klose got was from an absolutely BEAUTIFUL pass.

Like I said the other day. Germ and Arg are similar when it comes to passing in the final 4th of the field. Only difference is Germ had an acutal game plan. Arg just rolled the ball out there and hoped the talent would prevail.

Just like Brazil.

Seems souind coaching is offsetting the talent nowadays. Which could be good for the US.
