I think FIFA needs a shakedown! This habit of bad officiating is horrid! You know these refs are being paid to throw games, either that or they hate America so much.South Africa also got robbed but it wasn't as blatant as the one against the US!This call will probably be the deciding factor if the US doesn't advance!

These Are All The Possible Way's That The USA Can Advance (It helps some of these scenarios's if the U.S. wins by two)

First Scenario

If England win's today here is how the group standings will look

Slovenia (4 pts.)

England (4 pts.)

USA (2 pts.)

Algeria (0 pts.)

This would mean that the England vs. Slovenia game has to have a clear winner and the U.S. has to win.

If what I mentioned above happens the group standings could look like this...

If England beats Slovenia and the U.S. beats Algeria

England (7 pts.)

USA (5 pts.)

Slovenia (4 pts.)

Algeria (0 pts.)

If Slovenia beats England and the U.S. beats Algeria

Slovenia (7 pts.)

USA (5 pts.)

England (4 pts.)

Algeria (0 pts.)

Second Scenario

If England ties Algeria today here is how the group standings will look

Slovenia (4 pts.)

USA (2 pts.)

England (2 pts.)

Algeria (1 pt.)

This would mean that the U.S. control's their own destiny.

If what I mentioned above happens the group standings could look like this...

If Slovenia beats England and the U.S. beats Algeria

Slovenia (7 pts.)

USA (5 pts.)

England (2 pts.)

Algeria (1 pt.)

If England beats Slovenia and the U.S. beats Algeria

England (5 pts.)

USA (5 pts.)

Slovenia (4 pts.)

Algeria (1 pt.)

If England and Slovenia tie and the U.S. beats Algeria

USA (5 pts.)

Slovenia (5 pts.)

England (3 pts.)

Algeria (1 pt.)

Third Scenario

If Algeria beats England here is how the group standings will look

Slovenia (4 pts.)

Algeria (3 pts.)

USA (2 pts.)

England (1 pt.)

This would mean that the U.S. control's their own destiny.

If what I mentioned above happens the group standings could look like this...

If Slovenia beats England and the U.S. beats Algeria

Slovenia (7 pts.)

USA (5 pts.)

Algeria (3 pts.)

England (1 pt.)

If England beats Slovenia and the U.S. beats Algeria

USA (5 pts.)

England (4 pts.)

Slovenia (4 pts.)

Algeria (3 pts.)

If England and Slovenia tie and the U.S. beats Algeria

USA (5 pts.)

Slovenia (5 pts.)

Algeria (3 pts.)

England (2 pts.)

Do you guys actually watch football outside of the World Cup?

The referee saw something pre-free kick and was blowing his whistle regardless of what the result of the free kick was. It happens all the time.

What did he see? The fact he can't even say what the call was should tell you all you need to know.

Do you actually watch it outside the World Cup.

Not only do I watch it every day, I play it every day and have been doing so since I was 5 (I'm a senior in high school now).

Not only do I play it every day, but I am a certified referee and I have never seen a call like that before. Furthermore, I have never seen a ref not explain his call when asked. It was clearly a botched call and the U.S. was indeed robbed.
