UFO

Driving back from my buddies house with my brother and I see a very bright light in the sky that it moving too fast to be a plane. I point it out to me my bro and I said "What the fug is that?" We "tried" to be follow it, I put tried in quotes because how the hell are you supposed to follow a UFO? Anyways we kept it in our sights for about 5 minutes before the thing just took off.

Ghost

Three Stories

1. My cousins insist that their house is haunted. All 6 members of that family say it is. Heard numerous stories. So one night one of their friend brought an Ouija Board over. I think that Ouija Boards are the dumbest things ever and they don't work because you will always have a prick in your party who moves it by themselves. Anyways, we were in the living room and someone asked "can you make a noise for us?", and my buddy and I both heard a moan in the basement. There is nothing in the basement/nothing that would make that noise. It seems we were the only ones to hear it, but there was something there.

2. I have a feeling my current home may be haunted. Or may it's me just wanting it to be haunted and so my head is playing tricks.

Anyways, I usually sleep with my bedroom door open, but I was trying to watch a movie at like 3 in the morning. So I got up to close my door so I could turn the volume up a bit. As soon as I get back in bed I hear someone say "open the door". I didn't hesitate for one second, I got the fug outta bed and opened the door.

3. Cleaning up in my house, getting ready to go up and go to bed. I am about to lock the front door and I hear a woman's voice say "don't do that". There wasn't a chick in my house at the time.

Seen many a UFO...mostly in Florida.

I have often felt uneasy about some of the places or romms I have stayed in. Never saw anything until the GF's house. I helped move her in last August and just a week into living there she started to experience things. She has seen and experienced a number of things over the years but all were in Charleston where ghosts are just as prevalent as shrimp.

She was leaving one morning for work and told her dog to "Behave yourself while I am gone" and she heard "I will" She told me and I laughed and told her she now has the ability to boss around the living and the dead.

Well one day we are running around the house. She is chasing her dog and I am followiong after....as we turn the corner start heading for the downstairs bedroom. I stop and look to my right and she and the dog are stadnind there.

She asks "Why did you run in the room?"

I said "Because I saw a person/shadow dart across the room and figured you were in there hiding."

Next we were getting ready for bed one night and heard scratching at the door. I jumped up to let the dog in when I saw that he was already in his cage....jumped back into bed pretty quickly.

Maybe a month later we are sleeping in bed and I feel her soflty rubbing/scratcing my back. This goes on for a bit and when I flip over she is sound asleep facing the other direction. Sonofa...

So she has since told whatever is in the house that it is welcome there but is not allowed to frighten or cimmunicate with her anymore...and to leave her boyfroend alone. This was over 6 months ago and have not heard or seen anything since.

..And you want to be my Satellite man......

hah

One of many spooky stories for me.

Worked for good ole Rent-A-Center back in the day. Oh the drugs I scored while working. Oh the humanity I encountered. I digress.

Had to go with my bosses bro who I knew growing up out into the country. While on this long road I saw a woman walking and I told the guy we were going to her house. He goes how do you know? I said I just know.

We show up and it's a double wide and stuff built on to it. We smell a dead animal when we get out of the truck and it seemed odd.

So while inside we are putting in a washer and dryer. As basic a job as you can get. I'm going over the "contract" and she starts to spill her heart about her ex leaving her and all the drugs he was doing etc. I felt for her. In the other room was a teen couple. Guy and girl about 18-19. They were in the living room and he had on a blue tye dyed Song Remains the Same t shirt.

She is talking about something else and I kinda joke about the dead animal smell because I was not digging the vibes and I ask her if they were doing animal sacrifices? She goes ohhh.. nooo noo..don't say that. We don't believe in that.

Then, I felt so compelled to tell her something that I put my hand on top of hers and I said ma'am, I don't want to alarm you, but something very horrible is going to happen in the next few days. I don't know exactly what but I sense it. She was surprisingly receptive and wanted me to go on. But I told her that's all I know. My buddy was like dude we gotta bolt so we left.

Exactly a week later at the office as usual on a Sat I have a raging hangover. In our office was two narrow two way mirrors behind the front desk looking into the show room.

I see that woman come in and I KNEW it was not gonna be good. She walks in and starts sobbing. Where is that boy that came to my house last week? Where is he?

I walk around and she comes up to me and hugs me and starts crying. She said do I remember that boy that was at her home? I go yes.

She said you remember what you said to me? My heart starts to sink and I go yes. She goes well that boy shot himself 3 days after you left. Being such a stoner and partier at the time I was usually in a numb medicated state but this hit me.

What was odd was she started asking me if I knew other things and to be honest, I did, but I couldn't bring myself to say anything and told her it was a lucky guess.

She kept saying you need to do something with that..you have a gift. It was the most eeire thing ever.

I have many more of those. I have this thing I may have gotten from my great grandmother but I have an insane uncanny knack for predicting stuff like this.

I know when a couple that have just met will get married. I have told people, random people, to get stuff checked at the doctor.

I was with my wife once for dinner. I told her I had this hunch about this guy sitting in the restaraunt we were at. She has been with me so long she knows how this works.

I go right up to the guy with his family and tell him I don't want to freak him out but he needs to get his liver checked out. His wife starts crying and said liver issues run in his family. He gets weepy and says thanks and I leave.

I can't explain it. I will write stuff down and hide it and see if it comes true and I do pretty well.

But it's not on demand. It just happens from out of the blue.

Lived in an apt where I saw figures in the hall on a regular basis.

My wife (girlfriend at the time) woke me up one night to tell me that the guy I was sharing the apartment with had been trying to scare her. Claimed she came out of the bathroom and he was standing there in the dark and wouldn't let her through the hall. She reached back in the bathroom to turn the light on and there was no one there.

We started leaving the apartment double and triple checking that things were turned off only to come home and find things turned on.

Only stayed there the one year of our lease...

The strange thing is that since we left there we've met 6 or 7 people who lived in that apt complex around the same time I did. 4 of them lived in the same building. Every one of them has some strange story things that happened and the folks who lived in the same building have some of the creepiest.

One girl who lived two floors up from me and had a small baby at the time claimed that she would hear a man singing to her baby in the night on the monitor. Said it was a very sweet voice and always happy songs but scared the poo out of her and her husband just the same.

Was this apt in Florida by any chance?

Some of these stories really creep me out. I think it would be even creepier if you heard distinct phrases, like the commands to "open the door." What do you do? Just open the door and sit there, creeped out? I don't know if I could live somewhere where I felt things were watching me and always around.

I've never really had any experiences, save for dreams that I later see come to fruition. My grandmother, who passed away when I was 14, was very clairvoyant. She talked to all manner of spirits, often via a Ouija board, but not exclusively. They also lived in a couple of haunted houses down in Florida where virtually the entire family had paranormal experiences. It's these experiences and many of yours that force me to believe ghosts are real. I know my family wouldn't make this stuff up. I'm rambling now, but I still feel that my grandmother is watching over me. I don't feel that way about any of my other relatives, but I think about her every day. Never had any specific experiences seeing her or hearing her, I just feel she's there.

My mom has the same sort of clairvoyance my grandmother has, I think, and to a degree I do as well (though I'm nowhere near Pstall's level :P). Anyway, one night my mom had a dream that I killed myself, and she woke up screaming, "No, no!" I was living in Charlotte at the time, and she and the rest of my family in Waxhaw. She calls me to make sure I'm alright, and then she tells me the dream.

Later in the day, my parents had gone out to eat. They came back home to find several police cars in the yard, sirens blaring. Apparently they had received an emergency call from our phone number. Of course, no one was home, but get this -- our home phone hadn't worked in years. I know this sounds like ghost story cliche, but it really happened.

But this long and incohesive story is not over yet. My mom didn't know it at the time, but her sister (my aunt), killed herself that night. Or at least that's what they say -- we have a feeling her husband might have had a hand in it, directly or indirectly.

I really think all of that day's events -- the dream, the phantom phone call, and my aunt's suicide -- were all related. They're sort of incohesive, but I believe something or someone was trying to tell us about my aunt's suicide -- if only to prepare us, perhaps. And part of me thinks that was my grandmother.

I have the most absurd dreams sometimes. Maybe I should really start paying attention to them.

Sorry for the rant. I'm loving all of your stories.

I often will get a song stuck in my head all of a sudden, and then several hours later it will be playing on a radio wherever I'm at, like in the store etc.

I get deja-vu a lot, to the point that when it happens I can tell you what is going to happen next, and it always does.

The freakiest thing I ever experienced was staying with my uncle in Cassadega Florida. He lived in an old house that was haunted without a doubt. The toilets had pull chains and they would flush randomly throughout the night and there was some sort of ghost always making an appearance every night.
