If one were to theoretically have a mac and one could theoretically get a hold of itunes 9.2, I've heard that the gold (final) beta release of the OS doesn't required a developer ID.

Yeah I theoretically downloaded this theoretical final release version of 4.0 only to theoretically realize itunes 9.2 is theoretically only compatible with macs currently and I theoretically punched a hole in my theoretical wall.
