Saints looking at Vincent

The Saints invited free agent OG Keydrick Vincent to their weekend minicamp on a tryout basis.

Beat writer Jeff Duncan has heard the Saints signed a player from the tryout, and believes it may be Vincent. Vincent started for the Panthers last year.

Updating a previous item, free agent OG Keydrick Vincent did not try out at the Saints' recent minicamp.

The player Saints beat writer Jeff Duncan was referring to was Terrence Metcalf, who like Vincent attended Ole Miss. Metcalf was signed. Vincent, a 16-game starter last year, continues to be available to the highest bidder.
