I have a very mild one and trying to ride it out with rest, omega 3's and that's it for now.

Hoping no surgery even though it's outpatient type surgery. Has anyone ever had this and did you ultimately have to get surgery or were you able to have it corrected on it's own?

Might even see a chiro.
