ever research the blood type diet? I'm not sure how much of a believer I am yet, but alot of it sounds like it makes sense. One example...I am type A...and although it says I need to be a vegetarian...can't see that happening, but baby steps...I have removed some of the foods it says I shouldn't eat and it seems to be helping.

I was hoping it was just caffeine but I've gone off all caffeine and alcohol and am still have spells. They've gotten a lot worst the last few weeks.

I wouldn't be surprised if yours is an electrolyte issue. Make sure you're getting full values of calcium, sodium, potassium and I can't remember the other.

PAC's by themselves, like PVC's aren't that big of a deal, they're usually a precursor to bigger issues and should always be checked out.

Anybody get them? If so what caused them?

I've had them on an occasional basis for a while, but in the last week they have gotten much more frequent.

I've heard they often have benign causes, especially in young, relatively fit people like me.

It's getting to the point where I'm going to need to see the doctor. Am I about to die?

See a doctor. It could be Anxiety Attacks!

Sometime my Mom suffered so bad from there that she couldn't stand to go out of her house! (Agoraphobia?) My ex-fiancee also suffered from them, but for her it was more of an excuse not to do a damn thing all day, but smoke and drink!

A couple of years ago I started having them. I take an Xanex(?) (high powered antacid), and they soon clear up. Mine gives me high heart rate and dry heaves. It also helps if I tell myself to "grow a pair" and do it is I was planning on doing.

I basically had it narrowed down to electrolyte imbalance, stress, or PVCs.

But then they went away before I could get an appointment to check on them.

Took about a week for them to fade away. Hydration seemed to help over time.

Proper hydration is SO under valued these days. Electrolytes mean nothing without the fluid to make them work. Your blood is also thicker and your heart has to work harder to circulate it.

I'd still see a Cardiologist for safe measure. Don't know your age or lifestyle but they can run a battery of simple tests that show a lot, even now while you're asymptomatic.
