Capcom has sucked this gen? SF4 is great and so is TvC. SSF4 is one of the more balanced fighting games of all time.

RE5 sucked, Lost Planet 2...pfft, Dark Void= Garbage

I enjoyed Dead Rising, it's a fun hack and slash.

DMC4 was underwhelming.

As for Street Fighter 4...the game was made for casual gamers period and the new characters is lame. Any real fan of the classic Street Fighter games, should be ashamed.

Lol Smashmouth. Seriously get on SF4, pick any character and execute a BnB (any of them i don't care) combo and tell me it's for casuals. Rofl dude.

Also leave it to PSC to come in and act like he knows what he's talking about insulting everything that isn't PC exclusive. (Aka if he hasn't played it loller). It's like discussing the current trends in the music industry with someone who only listens to poo from 40 years ago. Pointless.

This thread is now full of fail.

If you're going to knock on MvC2 its that its incredibly unbalanced, and only a handful of characters are useable at a high level.

I thought Prototype was fun for a minute, and Borderlands too. Arkham Asylum was almost exactly what I want from a Batman game, but it disappointed too.

Some people are happy to gulp down the same slop 9,000 times but I usually see where almost anything can be improved upon.

Some people can't handle the flaws in their Holy Grail, be it Pokemon or Castlevania or Capcom or Halo or whatever other blind fanboism they've decided to devote their otherwise meaningless lives of dwelling in basements to.

Me, I accept that nothing is ever perfect, or finished, or complete. Its merely abandoned for the next project.

So, sorry to rain on your parade about Street Fighter 43, because that's all it is, just another Capcom, button mashing, pattern memorization, done in a week fighting game with new filters and higher resolution.

And it will sell a billion dollars because people watch The Hills with a passion and obsess over American Idol, so they'll just do the same thing all over again with new models.

Maybe next time Iron Man's gun will be TWICE the size of the screen. Will that make everyone's nerdgasm go into multiples?

Hooray.

    • I always get lectured every year when we inevitably win some meaningless late season games to tank our draft position that we're building culture and you always have to try to win no matter what. This is why that's bullshit. Once you're out of contention it's to your competitive advantage to LOSE.
    • You’re tripping I hear what you’re saying but you’re not thinking of the benefits that trade gives us. We can then move around in the second round or late in the first to grab a specific player we covet like M Starks late in the 1st. Let me clarify if we’re at 21 we grab W Nolen or K Grant then trade up late in the 1 or early in the second giving up next years second for M Starks or T Amos there so much that can happen with that additional ammo.  Allowing us still so much leverage in next years draft as well with two first rounders we’d be dam crazy not to take a trade like that it’s not the big haul or heavy amount of picks we’re hoping for but it’s gets us multiple players especially ones we’ve seemed to taken a liking to like Nolen etc along with the safety from SC. or even a Luther B or James P early in the second. This nice influx in talent would help way more than a player like Jalon W. because of his high bust rate or probability  to bust….you know what I mean.  We need players we all know that those extra picks allow us to give up something this year to add key pieces from the 29-40 range that we may really like and have a need for (T Amos) and it not hurt as much because we’re stacked in round one of 26. Which could also be a pick one trade one scenario next year giving us more ammo to manipulate the draft to a winning situation for us long term. Al that to say we desperately need to be actively seeking a trade because we could add real talent in multiple spots this year and next with that current trade your opposing.
    • According to their list, the top guy hasn't put out a mock yet and the 2nd guy has us trading to 4 for Carter.
