'98, we had Moose getting busted for weed, Greene choking a coach, Collins quitting the team mid-season, Rae Carruth doing God-knows what, and oh wait, MOST proud of. 2003 or 2005.

We has several good one, that it hard to pick.

'96: The franchise just started their 2nd season in the NFL & nobody expected them to get this far with beating the hell out of Cowgirls & getting to the NFC Championship. If we has beat Green Bay & Jacksonville was in the Superbowl too, it would've been call the "Expansion Bowl". :thumbsup:

'03: You can't deny our "magical season" after being 1-15 2 yrs. before this. The Superbowl was one of the best there was & we could've won if fate was on our side.

'04: Having 14 starters on IR & being 1-7, we're lucky we didn't go 1-15 again. Thanks to Jake's heart & our backups stepping up, we prevent that & could've been in the Playoffs back-to-back for the first time if it wasn't for them 'Taints.

05: This was Steve Smith's huge breakout. Kicking the Giants's ass & Smitty having an impressive 200 yards was fantastic. He didn't win the Triple Crown for nothing!!

All the good years are taken. I was going to pop in and say 04, but its been overplayed.

I consider 03 to be a whole lot of luck, but they definitely made me proud that year.

2005, we hit that Seattle buzzsaw, but otherwise could have waltzed our way to a Lombardi.

96 was amazing, no doubt, but its also been overplayed.

95 - playing at Clemson was embarrassing for an NFL team

So, out of the remaining years, I'd pick 2002. Fox took a 1-15 team, won the first 3 games of the season, then started his tradition of finishing the season hot.

For a team that finished 1-5 in the division, 7-9 isn't a bad record.

Oh and we did this with basically nothing on the offensive side of the ball. Se started Rodney Peete, Chris Weinke, and Randy Fasani at QB, had something that resembled a running back play part of a season, and Steve Smith wasn't our #1 yet.

Our QBs were sacked 44 times and on the season, threw 15 TDs to 21 ints.

Yep, we clobbered the non NFC South that year.
