Panthers have a plan for this offseason and have had one since last year. They aren't going to give up any draft picks or big contracts to anyone, even for injury related purposes. The coaching staff they have now on both sides of the ball is good enough to mold talent and they have shown they are confident in the ability to do so with so many youngsters on the team this year.

The Cowboys will release him before the training camp starts. Some team ahead of us will claim him. Why not give Dallas a 6th rounder and pick up his $2 million salary before he hits the waivers.
