Is a hell of a singer... I've always loved STP and I like the stuff he did with Velvet Revolver, but I've started listening to some of his other stuff on youtube and he's a gifted guy. Crazy as hell, but gifted...

Plus STP's new album drops Tuesday... I will need to go pick it up.

Saw them on Letterman the other night. The Deleon brothers make that band what it is, Weiland is very good too.

I listened to STP through middle and high school, and I picked up the first Velvet Revolver CD. I'll have to check this out. They were one of the first bands I really got into.

New CD isn't that great. His vocals are still velvet revolver style. It's a bit better than their last album though. It's no where near Purple, Core, or No.4

They were on Adam Carolla's podcast yesterday (5/25)...

was pretty good.. wasn't the better of his podcasts, more of a straight up interview and playing a few seconds from different songs on the cd..

highly recommend Carolla's podcast, btw.. one of my favorites.
