Sorry, having a bad day and didn't clearly connect the dots.

Dudley was the necessary throw in to dump JRich and his massive contract, a contract that the Bobs took on to appease Ham Biscuit.

He played more minutes under LB than he did in PHX for the 08-09 season and only slightly less than the 09-10 season. LB doesn't hate young players. Just young players that don't play smart. Dudley wasn't one of those.
