farts and gas built-up, is the norm form fiber diets.

seems to me, you are passing the "line". everyone has their own fiber "line".....solid waste| liquid.

without getting to scientific and too gross....... you want to have two clean(one wipers) fast(no constipation) "oatmeal-like" light brown(color is important) movements per day. that is the healthiest, plus little to no smell. odor = bacteria. a clear the bathroom movement, was in your body a while. it's similar to a dead animal. does the dead animal smell after 10 mins? 5 hours? 3 days? 1 week? its the same with your waste.

adjust your fiber intake, cut back. and maybe change your fiber. benefiber is orderless tasteless, but pricey. Glucomannan(natural fiber) is another choice among pricey pills. also psyllium husk.

i use the sugar-free equate(wallmart brand) for $7.50 at about 70 servings. 2.5 big scoops per meal(food no whey shake).

on the flip side, at least one weekend a month, nothing but cranberry juice(100% real or natural juices) to keep the other side cleaned out. cranberries are anti bacterial.

Still eat, but as for fluids, just cran.
