Hell no it's a random work test not probation... If they asked to watch me I would call HR right away and tell them to kiss my ass. My upper management would have my back on that.

How do you get by the temperature? Every lab I have ever worked with not only performs the 5 or 10 Panel test, but first they check the temperature of the urine. This is done to make sure it just came out of the body and not "brought in". I have seen my share of failures of the urine being room temperature other then close to 98.6 degrees.
