A true and fair fight between Batman and Superman would mean that they are both confined to combat skills, stripped of Batmans sneaky and genius schemes, and Superman stripped of his gay all world powers. Thus Batman would win because he's one of the best fighters in the world, in DC.

i don't like DC or Superman. Batman is a vastly superior character. but as they're written, Superman could instantly kill Batman in any situation if he so desired.
