Madden

Recommended Posts

Made up teams is better when you can play a game that has real football simulation. Madden's physics and AI is atrocious....

i hear this argument a lot, but i never hear any legitimate commentary on why this is supposedly the case. what exactly is wrong with it? i personally find it a damn good game.

I just hope they did a MAJOR overhaul on the Franchise mode. Without a doubt a massive failure on the next GEN consoles. I still have to play on PS2 because of how much more I like its Franchise mode compared to 360's and I still think it sucks.

I have an idea how bout put Head Coach 09 as Maddens franchise mode with a few minor tweaks. How hard could that be?

How was the head coach game.

I still play franchise mode all the time in madden 10.

I love doing fantasy drafts and without fantasy drafts developing picks.

Are they going to update the roster for madden 10?

Madden hasn't been good since 2004. I don't know if the developers are lazy or they just don't care. Madden is glitchy, unrealistic, has scripted animations...weak physics. I remember playing NFL2K4 and that game is better than any Madden game. And that was years ago..

There's this guy on Youtube who has tuns of videos on this. I have been watching his videos since Madden 09 released.

Here's one video of him on Backbreaker and Madden 11 footage.

Here's another Backbreaker video.

I just put madden '08 on my computer and downloaded a program to update it to '10. I haven't payed a dime for anything and I can update my roster whenever I like. I even have ps2 and xbox like controllers that I can switch back and forth with. Picture quality is better too. So... yea

I think this is the last year of the EA rights to all NFL games, which I cant wait for cuz I loved the NFL2K games

EA will renew the exclusive agreement before its over in 2013.

I hate EA sports now. I really really wish they didn't have the NFL rights. They sell you regenerated crap and expect you to pay like they actually did something. I laughed when I saw they are gonna start charging people $10 to get online now. I mean whats next an extra charge to have a user manual.

It doesn't cost anything if you buy the game new. New copies come with the online access code.

Blame Gamestop's shady-ass practices for that charge too. EA has to pay distributors, developers, marketing companies, etc. Gamestop buys your Madden for $20, sells it used for $54.99 and keeps every penny.

If EA had any sense, they just open a chain of videogame stores and do what gamestop does. I read somewhere a long time ago that Gamestop often makes more than $500 selling ONE copy of ONE game over and over again through their trade-in program. That's insane.
